Global property portal Lamudi Philippines unveils second edition of biggest property event this year!
In a bid to make home hunting as easy as ever, Lamudi Philippines, leading marketplace for everything real estate, is again bringing together the best names in the industry in one venue. The event is set on October 13 to 15 to be held at the Megatrade Hall 1 in SM Megamall.
For the upcoming fair, Lamudi promises to deliver once more a wide and extensive list of real estate offerings. Exclusive property discounts, fun activities, raffles, and freebies are also available at the event. Visitors can likewise take advantage of the company’s specialty in all their events as industry experts will again share the latest updates and trends in home-buying and property investment this year.
“Real estate remains one of the best performing industries that fuel the boom of the Philippine economy. Recently, the country is seeing the surge of investors that look for under-the-radar locations just outside major business districts. These emerging real estate developments can rival the appeal of properties located within Makati, Ortigas Center, or Bonifacio Global City sans the high price tag. The country is also gaining traction in the office sector, as it caters to new locators, such as the gaming sector. These new trends and the overall positive outlook of the real estate sector is what drives us to assist in bringing the local real estate platform to much greater heights,” said Bhavna Suresh Chathambeth, Managing Director of the Lamudi Group (Lamudi Philippines and MyProperty.ph).
Real Estate Seminars and Property Auctions. The 2017 Lamudi Housing Fair will also feature seminars from industry experts and government officials. A representative from the Land Registration Authority (LRA), for instance, will discuss how land titles are transferred and the agency’s latest programs and initiatives. Meanwhile, Union Bank and real estate brokerage My Saving Grace Development and Realty will conduct exclusive auctions of foreclosed properties.
Bigger and Brighter Lamudi Housing Fair. Now on its second installment, the 2017 Lamudi Housing Fair is expected to surpass the success of the first Lamudi Housing Fair held in November 2016, which attracted almost 5,000 attendees. Lamudi says it expects more than 6,000 homebuyers, property investors, brokers and other real estate professionals to attend this year’s event.
The Housing Fair is just one of the major events organized by the real estate website in 2017. In March, it held a highly successful Broker Awards Night, then in July a well-attended Affordable Housing Fair held in Glorietta Mall Makati.
The company will also hold The Outlook by Lamudi in November, which is a one-day coming together of thought leaders from the real estate industry to discuss issues affecting the sector and the results of Lamudi’s 10,000-respondent nationwide survey.
Lamudi has already gained a following from the success of its previous major events. According to the real estate website, more and more Filipinos are now seeking to become more informed about real estate and the large attendance to its housing fairs is testament to that.
“We are confident that we can make this year’s edition a much grander event as we apply all the learnings from our past fairs. Our unique touch in making property investing a fun experience both offline and online elevates our craft,” added Suresh.
In addition, the event is not meant for buyers and investors alone, as real estate developers, brokerages, and even banks can likewise generate plenty of leads by signing up. Past exhibitors reported that they were able to gather hundred of hot leads, recruit licensed real estate professionals for their own broker networks, and some even managed to close deals.
