[Last updated 19 May 2020) Pag-IBIG Fund or Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) is another Philippine government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) under the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council that administers the national savings program and affordable shelter financing for Filipinos, both voluntary and self-employed members. In addition to housing programs, it offers short-term multi-purpose loans to its members.

Existing Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrowers can now verify and track amortization payments and payment reference numbers online through the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Payment Verification system, an online service on the official website of Pag-IBIG.

Borrowers may even enroll to the paperless housing loan billing services to receive billing statement via electronic mail (email). This is in response to the delayed posting of bills that sometimes arrive after the payment due dates. Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Payment Reference Number can now be viewed online through these simple steps:

[1] Visit PAG-IBIG Fund Services. While there is no more footer link to the service, you can proceed right away to www.pagibigfundservices.com and click Housing Loan Payment Verification among the available online services.

[2] Log in with Your Name and Housing Loan Number. After clicking Housing Loan Payment Verification, a login page appears. Encode your housing loan number (HL Account No), last and first names, and the captcha code (displayed on the screen itself).

[3] Click and Download Your Billing Statement. Successful login prompts the Member’s Account Interface. On the sidebar are clickable links to different online services such as Account Information, View Billing Statement, Print Billing Statement and others. Find Payment References and click Download Billing Statement.

Wait for the Billing Statement to load in PDF format. Check the details including the Housing Loan Payment Reference Number as this is required upon paying at the bank or online.
